Shipping
When you place an order, the item(s) will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Orders before 10:00a.m. (PST) during business days will be shipped out on the same day. Any orders after will be shipped out on our next business day. USPS shipments will also go out on 1-2 next available business day. (Ex: If you order at Friday, March 11 at 10:00 p.m. (PST) the order will be shipped out on Tuesday, March 15th.)
Signature Requirements
Due to the increasing incidence of package theft, we have implemented a signature requirement for individual items valued at over $100. Nevertheless, you have the option to make a special request to us before 10:00 a.m. (PST) if you wish to have the signature requirement removed before we process your order. You can do so by using our 'Contact Us' page or by emailing us at contact@cuckoomallusa.com.
By choosing to remove the signature requirement, you release CuckooMallUSA.com from any liability in case the package gets lost or stolen.
Here are several other options to consider if you are unable to be present at the delivery location on the scheduled day to sign for the package:
Method 1:
- Create an online account for either UPS, FedEx, or the specific carrier for the package.
- Request that the package be held at the nearest available location to your address.

Retrieve the package at your convenience. Please be sure to check the business hours of the selected location before making the trip.
(You will have 7 days to pick up the package after making the request. A state identification may be required for pick-up.)
Method 2:
- Create an online account for either UPS, FedEx, or the specific carrier for the package.

Request to have the package signed via online (if applicable).
(Note: Neither the carrier service nor CuckooMallUSA.com will be liable if the package is not delivered on time or is lost when you choose this method.)
Missed Deliveries
In the event of a missed delivery, the carrier will make another delivery attempt on the following business day.
FedEx & UPS:
Both UPS and FedEx will make up to three delivery attempts before the package is returned to us.
USPS:
USPS will try to reattempt the deliver at least two times before having it withheld at the nearest post office for 15 days. After 15 days, the package will be sent back to us.
All packages delivered back to us will be processed as returns. You have the option to either receive a full refund or have the item shipped out again, with the only cost being the shipping fee.
Lost Packages
Please inform us as soon as possible if you believe your package is lost based on tracking information. We will initiate a claim and send a replacement item or process a full refund, depending on the type of purchase and inventory status. Some item(s) may require the carrier's investigation to be completed before we can send a replacement or full refund.
International Shipping
We are currently not accepting any international orders.
Free Shipping
Free shipping services are offered as part of a promotional event, but please note that not all items on the website are eligible for this promotion. Free shipping is exclusively available for orders within the contiguous states. The carrier for the free shipping promotion will typically be FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or UPS Ground, though we may choose other carrier services/methods based on our discretion.
